The deluxe double room overlooks lake and includes coffee/tea making facilities and refrigerators. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Ghisla Art Collection. It is close to the train station, easy to find.

The chef's delicious Ticino and Italian cuisine made my taste buds dance. The superb views of Lake Maggiore from the terrace were worth every penny. The gift shop was a wallet drainer, but who can resist a souvenir?

The mini-golf game at the inn was a joke - it seemed like playing with broken clubs in a shabby backyard.

Desde el primer momento, la atención de los encargados del hotel fue estupenda. Resolvieron rápidamente un problema con el agua caliente. La ubicación del hotel en el centro de esta ciudad es inmejorable, justo en la plaza principal y cerca de lugares de interés. Además, las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares. I recently had a wonderful stay at Al Pozz Boutique Resort in a room with a stunning view of the lake. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area by walking to various eateries and attractions. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large private bath. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. the restaurant at the resort served excellent food, including a delicious breakfast.

Despite being located above a restaurant, the noise was not an issue at all. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities in the hotel were a bit outdated, such as the fixed-height shower and the small size of the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and the absence of a fridge were minor inconveniences.
